We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or failed age verification.
  • If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices shown on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices may change without notice; however, any changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the Site’s available payment methods. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. You agree to the terms and privacy policies of those payment providers.
  • We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
  1. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
  • We ship to addresses within Canada only unless explicitly stated. Shipping options, timelines, and costs are shown during checkout.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate shipping information, customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control (including weather and force majeure).
  1. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
  • Due to the nature of tobacco products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless products are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive the returned item and verify the issue.
  • We may, at our discretion, cancel orders before shipment and issue a full refund.

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and images; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
  • Product availability is subject to change; we may discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.
